Description
• Integral member of Pfizer's clinical development team • Lead study teams and manage study timelines, budgets, and quality targets • Collaborate with leadership to ensure optimal resourcing of study teams • Proactively manage project risks and develop risk management plans • Act as a single source of study information and lead status reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science, health-related field or drug development required • 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trials or epidemiologic studies • Extensive experience in obesity clinical trials and operations with GLP-1 or GIP compounds required • Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership experience required • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory operations required • Experience in managing budgets and project financials required • Strategic thinking and targeted problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
