Description

•Primary enterprise-level business lead for key systems used by GSSO •Coordinates project planning and tracking related technical needs for Study Start Up, Site Operations and Study Management •Provides strategic leadership to form and represent business needs across teams and external vendors •Responsible for delivering core systems for clinical trials execution •Creates and maintains planning infrastructure for GSSO to accurately plan delivery of key milestones •Drives a continuous improvement culture within the Operations Planning team

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is required •Experience of managing projects, deliverables, and individuals across multiple countries within a matrix setting •Minimum of 8 years' experience in a large international corporation •Extensive global clinical trial/study management experience including knowledge of GCP •Strong Organizational Skills •Strategic and Innovative Thinking •Business Acumen •Project Management Skills •Fluent in English
