Description

•Provides day-to-day operational support to the IMOQ team •Drives strategic IMOQ projects •Establishes and maintains processes to maximize team effectiveness •Drives review of IMOQ data / metrics/ indicators •Coordinates key business processes, including the Operational Risk Review program •Manages review of semester objectives and accomplishments

Requirements

•Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Risk Mgt or related field •Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant industry e.g., pharma, biotech, chemical •Highly organized and detail-oriented •Strong project and program management skills including change leadership •Ability to navigate across PGS organizations and operate in a multicultural environment
