📋 Description
• Responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise across medical stakeholders • Plan and execute independent medical strategies for stakeholders • Maintain required level of knowledge on relevant TA/disease states • Serve as a resource for medical information and stakeholder insights • Understand Pfizer's Medical Affairs priorities • Educate stakeholders based on patient care gaps • Lead advisory boards and respond to inquiries from stakeholders • Collaborate with Medical Affairs colleagues for clinical trials • Mentor and participate in special projects
🎯 Requirements
• MD or DO Degree required • 4 years of relevant experience required • Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to foster relationships • Effectively manage and lead change • Problem-solve and network appropriately
