β€’ As a Product Marketer at Phantom you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across all product work streams including: defining positioning, messaging, and creative, by analyzing market trends, target audiences, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design and leadership to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption. β€’ This is a general opening - based on your fit and marketing experience you could be working on projects across product, partnerships, brand, content, influencer, and experiential marketing. There will be a lot of space to conceive, own and drive initiatives - with 7M MAU, Phantom is a rare opportunity to impact the web3 experience of people at scale. β€’ Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, brainstorm facilitation, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting. β€’ Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulates the product's value proposition and differentiates it from competitors. β€’ Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets including videos, static assets, social posts, blog posts, to educate and engage users β€’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer β€’ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions of users β€’ Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively β€’ Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics β€’ Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content β€’ Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto. Ideally use dApps (ex. DeFi, NFT marketplaces) on a semi-regular basis. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Data-driven, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions β€’ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority β€’ Experience in crypto
