Description

• The Operations Specialist, Retail Implementation will source, analyze and manage all projects related to data collection, data management and information technology that will improve the performance of our business through efficient operations. • This person will serve as a liaison between the business and technical data aspects of assigned projects. • This position will ensure compliance with all regulations while identifying and implementing process improvements to develop consistency and strengthen the brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulation). • High school diploma with at least three years of retail experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred. • Store management experience required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in training, quality, customer service and or inventory control within a retail environment. • 1-year PharmaCann supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of 2 years. • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning. • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices. • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and in the industry. • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. • Ability to develop strong working relationships among all cross functional groups. • Ability to positively lead and motivate groups of people through all stages of a project. • Self-starter with a high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency. • Proven high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy including confidentiality. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities. Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities. • Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
