Description

• Join phData, a dynamic and innovative leader in the modern data stack, partnering with major cloud data platforms. • Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee high visibility projects using agile best practices. • The role involves managing large customer portfolios, nurturing future leaders, and driving growth within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management including experience managing customer relationships, timelines, scopes, budgets and resources (specifically architects and engineers on custom developed software projects) • Proven experience successfully managing multiple customers concurrently maintaining a billable utilization of 85+% • Strong background managing data, AI, and or analytics projects • Must have direct client facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization • Hands-on experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Waterfall project management. • Demonstrated expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project and Microsoft Office Products (Excel), and written technical documentation skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to manage status updates and on-going communication at the Executive level • Ability to manage competing priorities and able to be self-directed in prioritizing your work • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities • Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking • Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical related field preferred • PMP and CSM certifications strong preference
