Description

•Join phData, a leader in the modern data stack, partnering with major cloud data platforms. •We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for our next phase of growth. •In this role, you’ll oversee multiple high visibility projects using agile best practices. •Manage and scale large, strategic customer portfolios while developing a robust delivery organization. •Nurture future leaders, helping us grow responsibly while maintaining our engineering principles and positive culture.

Requirements

•10+ years of Technical Program Management including experience managing customer relationships, timelines, scopes, budgets and resources (specifically architects and engineers on custom developed software projects) •Proven experience successfully managing multiple customers concurrently maintaining a billable utilization of 85+% •Strong background managing data, AI, and or analytics projects •Must have direct client facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization •Hands-on experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Waterfall project management. •Demonstrated expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project and Microsoft Office Products (Excel), and written technical documentation skills. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to manage status updates and on-going communication at the Executive level •Ability to manage competing priorities and able to be self-directed in prioritizing your work •Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities •Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking •Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical related field preferred •PMP and CSM certifications strong preference
