Description

• Support various administrative aspects of business development and proposals. • Assist with proposal activities including scheduling, coordination, knowledge capture and documentation. • Track solicitations and identify business opportunities. • Help manage customer relationships. • Monitor government intelligence platforms, manage and update CRM/Sales Pipeline systems. • Contribute to department knowledge base maintenance. • Complete data calls, requests for information, and market surveys. • Attend pre-bid meetings, project reviews and industry events as needed. • Provide business development support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, or similar role (internship experience acceptable). • Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, CRM Software (or ability to quickly learn). • Proven ability to work virtually. • Willingness to attend occasional in-person events, meetings or worksessions in the DMV area. • U.S. Citizenship required.
