• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable in a quota-carrying environment (prior sales experience isn't necessary, but it is a bonus!). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with real estate developers and industry professionals. • Skilled in using tools like ZoomInfo, with additional expertise in 6Sense, Construct Connect, and HubSpot being a plus. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple initiatives while consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets. • Adept at crafting customized outreach strategies for prospects that fall outside the usual parameters, showcasing initiative and a proactive approach.
