📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the real estate market • Your primary goal is to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team, contributing significantly to the achievement of our sales targets • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather intelligence on industry trends • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach • Qualify leads based on their potential for sales opportunities • Schedule and conduct initial meetings or calls with potential clients to assess their needs and introduce our services • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads • Meet and exceed individual and team targets in terms of lead generation and qualification • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development
