Description

β€’ Conduct 75-100 outbound calls daily to connect with top contacts in commercial real estate β€’ Secure at least 5 qualified leads per week for introductory calls β€’ Develop a deep understanding of different commercial real estate personas β€’ Craft and provide detailed backgrounders on commercial real estate portfolios to senior staff β€’ Regularly update the CRM with precise and timely information

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in PropTech or SaaS β€’ Proven track record as a self-starter with high attention to detail and customer orientation β€’ Creative, organized, and demonstrates initiative β€’ Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho β€’ Ability to understand and solve business challenges β€’ Customer-oriented with excellent engagement skills
