Description

• Interview Subject Matter-Experts (SMEs) to develop compelling, compliant proposals for IT government contracts, in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs • Analyze solicitation requirements to ensure full compliance and develop response strategies • Collaborate with Business development, Capture Managers, and SMEs to craft persuasive content highlighting win-themes, strengths and differentiators. • Support/attend various proposal Meetings (Kick-off, Solution, etc.) to understand schedules, and expectations. • Develop and maintain a library of reusable content and best practices • Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field • 5+ years of experience writing proposals for government cybersecurity contracts • Demonstrated success in contributing to the winning of Federal IT contracts including supporting both Management and Technical content creation. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP) is a plus • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus • Strong project management and organizational skills • U.S. citizenship required
