Founded in 2015, Phil is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions.•Phil’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service.•The team at Phil is a group of like-minded individuals passionate about creating a new and innovative healthcare platform that is focused on patient experience and overall human wellbeing.•We are seeking a Head of Design to lead our design efforts.
Requirements
A passion for helping patients and a get-it-done approach•5+ years in a design leadership role, with experience in internal operations tools.•Proven ability to design complex software with multiple stakeholders.•Skilled in balancing internal and patient-facing design needs.•Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across different platforms.•Relevant educational background (preferred).
