• Planning and delivery of clinical workflow and clinical education and training • System go-live support for customer-facing engagements across the DCS portfolio • Configuring or managing configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions • Analyzing customer’s existing workflow and facilitating proper change management • Identifying application issues, investigating and resolving issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related science plus 5 years clinical experience or equivalent education and experience • Master's degree with >3 years related experience preferred • Ideal Certifications: Certified PM (PMP), Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Change Management • Clinical teaching/in-servicing experience • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Philips Product Knowledge strongly preferred (Holter/cardiographs- TC70, TC50/ST80i Stress System/iECG) • Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity • High comfort level with technology and informatics concepts • Detail oriented and organized • Ability to be managed remotely • Ability to travel throughout the west zone 80% of the time
