•1–3 years in inside sales, BDR or similar role in industrial, technical, or B2B sales. •Familiarity with industries like manufacturing, environmental monitoring, or energy is preferred. •Understanding of industrial technologies, processes, or systems (e.g., VOC / EtO monitoring, manufacturing systems, or automation). •Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts. •Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player. •Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. •Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). •Familiarity with email automation platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience. •Previous experience in industrial sales or a technical role with exposure to B2B sales. •Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., EPA, OSHA) and how they impact industrial operations. •Exposure to emerging technologies such as IoT, environmental monitoring systems, or manufacturing analytics.
