• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our UK Global Wealth Management (GWM) team. • In this role, you will be a client service professional responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance PIMCO's market presence within the UK GWM channel. • This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to leave their mark on PIMCO’s growth journey. • The successful candidate will be responsible for growing PIMCO’s asset base in the wealth management and financial adviser markets within designated clients and prospects. • It will be the role holder’s responsibility to drive and develop relationships with these companies and individuals in conjunction with the Head of UK Global Wealth Management & Head of UK Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

• Must possess a proven strong track record in wealth management and adviser sales, • have excellent relationship management and presentation skills. • A deep knowledge of the UK market – including discretionary and adviser markets. • A good understanding of UK regulatory backdrop, capital markets and investment concepts. • Significant experience in a similar role is essential (a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience is thought appropriate) • Strong work ethic – enjoys working at pace, self-motivated, happy to be given a high level of autonomy, be accountable for actions and able to operate in a team environment. • CFA / MBA qualification desirable, • IMC / undergraduate degree minimum requirement.
