Requirements

•Fluent Mandarin speaker. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. •5+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or a related role. •Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract management. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. •Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Finance. •Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. •Knowledge of database and cloud computing. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs.
