Description

• Process new and follow-up rate lock requests and pricing changes from our Loan Origination and Portal Software. • Provide firm guidance and support to the loan origination staff allowing them to focus on customer contact and analysis of new transactions. • Provide support to outside sales and operations team members on all pricing-related matters through phone calls, emails, and ticket inquiries. • Monitor and report P&L. • Work closely with sales, processing, underwriting, closing, and leadership to ensure that loans in the pipeline are sold quickly and accurately. • Confidently communicate with team members of various departments and experience levels, providing insight on process improvements and corrective actions. • Monitor and report on locked pipeline activity, including lock expiration dates. • Identify and troubleshoot pricing system issues, working closely with IT and leadership to propose solutions. • Responsible for assisting with additional training for lenders. • Communicate with Inside and Outside Loan Originators via email and phone regarding product/pricing scenarios (ie. pricing loan quotes, competitive price matching, etc.) as well as assume the position of main point of contact for third parties. • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in mortgage banking/lending or financial services role • Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Strong work ethic with a career-driven mindset • Exceptional follow-up and problem-solving skills • Advanced MS Office skills, with a special focus on Excel • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics a plus
