• Location: Remote • Required Clearance: N/A • Required Certification(s): N/A • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related scientific/technical discipline • Required Experience: 10+ years • Position Description: PingWind is seeking a qualified Product Lead to support our Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Solutions Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) contract work. • Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Lead and Human-Centered Design Lead to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for guiding product strategy and development while ensuring that user needs and insights are at the forefront of our design processes for delivery of SaaS/PaaS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and Delivery Leads, to deliver exceptional products to support the VA. • Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership: •Define and drive the product vision and strategy in alignment with Customer goals. •Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop product roadmaps. • Human-Centered Design Leadership: •Champion human-centered design principles across the organization, ensuring user needs are central to all product decisions. •Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design improvements. •Work with designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, from wireframes to prototypes. •Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative thinking and foster a user-centric culture
• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management and human-centered design. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and design thinking principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements • US Citizen • Experience working in the Federal Government, Veterans Administration (VA) experience a plus. • Experience testing Salesforce applications, Salesforce Certifications preferred
