Description

Own the roadmap and vision for the worker hiring & onboarding team’s ownership areas. Work with leadership to prioritize and deliver value to customers. Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements. Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers. Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product management experience. Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) teams to define and implement requirements. Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data. Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization. Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas. Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate. Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion. Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry.
