🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience with building and managing a team of Technical Program Managers and leading large-scale or complex technical initiatives. • Deep understanding of advertising platforms, software development processes and ML and AI technologies. • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team. • Capable of building credibility and fostering connections with senior executives and team members. • Skilled in fostering organizational growth and cultivating a team-oriented atmosphere. • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
