Description

• We're seeking dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated Customer Support Agents to join our Artist Support team. • As part of this team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to Pirate artists globally. • Responsibilities include assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email, managing bookings and account queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, and communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team. • We are seeking two evening positions covering the evening shift patterns 20.30pm-02.30am. • This is a temporary position until the end of January with the opportunity to turn into a permanent position.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment. • Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality. • Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment.
