🎯 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited US law school, admission to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state where the candidate is located. • 6-8 years experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as licenses, supply, and services agreements. • Experience analyzing significant or unique contract requirements to ensure compliance with corporate policies, with appropriate managerial approval. • Demonstrated success with reviewing and negotiating terms with international governments. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple demands, priorities, and projects simultaneously. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization. • Ability to balance risk tolerance and business objectives. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor communication to the target audience.
