• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, ideally serving Canadian government customers. • Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and Earth observation technologies. • Strong ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions using Planet’s data and services. • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams. • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements • Willingness to travel
