📋 Description
• Understand oil and gas industry reporting requirements and associated measurement data to provide ongoing technical product support. • Onboard new clients, including setup, configuration, and training. • Support sales teams by offering customer account knowledge. • Assist with client data onboarding and training. • Manage client delivery timelines and handle client technical support and troubleshooting.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in technical project management, business requirements analysis, systems integration, or a related technical field. • Knowledge of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, data systems, reporting and regulations, and workflows. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate and resolve technical issues. • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time, including providing training and building reports or dashboards. • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success, technical support, or consultancy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
