Description

• The Customer Success team at Planet is seeking a new Customer Success Manager • Maintain relationships with customers in our growing Defense and Intelligence segment • Act as main point of contact and trusted advisor for Planet customers • Help drive client retention and value realization

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships or projects • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management or similar • Defense and Intelligence background and/or experience working with customers in this domain • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers & sales teams • Experience solving complex problems, and the ability to work independently • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements • Willingness to travel
