Description

Requirements

• 8+ years of total relevant work experience in Federal contracting and proposals management • 6+ years of leadership experience, of which 2+ years is supervisory experience • 5+ years experience in Federal contracts management, including with FAR PART 12 and PART 35 contracts • Experience managing Federal contract processes from start to finish • Ability to navigate and review FAR clauses • Familiar and capable of managing: GSA schedule contracts, System for Award Management (SAM), eMod/eOffer, and CPARS • Expertise in cost analysis and price reasonableness standards • Experience preparing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and white papers • Experience reviewing and negotiating teaming agreements • Ability to pull together compliant Transmittal Letters • Experience analyzing significant or unique contract requirements to ensure compliance with corporate policies, with appropriate legal coordination • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple demands, priorities, and projects simultaneously • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization • Ability to balance risk tolerance and business objectives • Excellent organization skills and ability to be detail-oriented • Competency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Salesforce • Bachelor’s degree
