Description

• Responsible for engineering recruitment in the region • Have a seat on the senior engineering management team • Impact company-wide engineering efforts and tech strategy • Drive customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset • Continuously improve product building environment and processes • Align technology direction within your area and overall company direction • Design the organization, objectives, and high standards in people, delivery, and technology

Requirements

• Strong experience in the product-led space • Previous experience collaborating with teams of engineers building the acquisition, onboarding and growth spaces • Passion for people management • Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment with product & business goals • Comfortable in technical discussions and stakeholder meetings to remove roadblocks • Strong communication skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders • Technologist at heart, comfortable in product and engineering environments
