•As a Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in optimizing, maintaining, and integrating Plooto’s tech stack. •You’ll manage and support the systems central to our growth and customer experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, HubSpot, and other critical platforms. •Ensure that our revenue operations tech stack not only aligns with strategic goals but also scales with our business. •Ideal candidates have a proven background in managing complex revenue systems and collaborating across teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.
•5+ years of experience managing and optimizing revenue operations systems, ideally in SaaS or financial services. •Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud, with working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Aircall, LeanData, and QuotaPath. •Strong project management skills and a self-starter •Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. •A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, ready to dive deep into problem-solving and systems improvement.
