•Plume is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Lead to spearhead the growth and expansion of our ecosystem partnerships. •You’ll drive strategic initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and create mutually beneficial collaborations that unlock the full potential of Plume’s blockchain. •Responsible for building Plume’s partner ecosystem, fostering relationships with technology providers, DeFi protocols, and institutional finance players. •This role is highly strategic and cross-functional, requiring collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and capital markets teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
•7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth, with a focus on fintech, blockchain, or DeFi. •Crypto native required •Strong track record of building ecosystems, scaling partnerships, and driving revenue growth in emerging technology markets. •Deep understanding of the blockchain landscape, tokenization frameworks, and decentralized ecosystems. •Proven ability to negotiate complex partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive end-to-end execution. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
