Description

• Provide comprehensive management and support to the Associate Sales Team. • Ensure smooth operations and efficient initiative communication. • Provide direct structure and communication to the ATM team. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Commercial management. • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the ATM team by training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 3 years outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a documented track record of success is required. • Minimum of 2 years as a people leader with a documented record of success. • Existing VA relationships and Podimetrics workflow competencies are required. • Proven ability to build external territory and develop customer relationships that will contribute to internal ATM team initiatives that drive revenue. • Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets. • Track record of proactive team leadership/collaboration, as well as ATM development.
