Description

• Our Company: Congo Brands is at the epicenter of where consumer demand meets product development. • The Role: We are looking for a Sales Planning Analyst to support Sales Planning for our North American beverage business. • Key Responsibilities: Work with assigned sales team(s) to build a comprehensive sales plan by customer & item for monthly forecasting. • Key Skills and Experience Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales planning/coordination. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales planning/coordination, operations, or data analytics with a preference toward sales analytics & forecasting. • Experience in CPG, Sports Nutrition, or Beverage sales and/or sales support preferred. • Strong in Excel, Power BI / Dataflows, data modeling, & reporting. • Comfortable pulling raw internal & external/syndicated sales data (E.g. SAP, NetSuite, Spins, IRI, Neilsen, VIP, & Customer Portals like RetailLink, ILA, 84.51 etc. • Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and insights to non-technical audiences. • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
