Description
• Design and implement coaching and training programs to optimize performance and address skill gaps. • Develop, maintain, and manage scalable resources like playbooks and training modules to support team growth. • Oversee the lifecycle of enablement projects, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders. • Measure program success through data analysis and reporting, refining strategies for maximum impact. • Streamline the VIP Team processes, document best practices, and act as a key contact for enablement-related needs. • Communicate updates and outcomes to leadership to align initiatives with broader goals.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Education, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, project management, or a related role. • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Lessonly. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leveraging feedback mechanisms like NPS for improvement.
