β€’ Engage with potential customers through outbound cold calls, identifying their needs and demonstrating how Better Health can provide solutions for their challenges. β€’ Build trust and nurture relationships through meaningful conversations, guiding leads toward becoming Better Health customers. β€’ Strategically manage objections, transforming hesitations into opportunities to highlight Better Health’s unique value proposition. β€’ Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the medical conditions we support, ensuring clear and confident communication. β€’ Continuously refine your outreach strategy by analyzing call performance and applying lessons learned from previous interactions. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements

β€’ Have 1-3 years of experience in consultative or outbound sales, with a talent for building rapport and creating connections. β€’ Are skilled at thinking on your feet and effectively addressing objections to steer conversations toward positive outcomes. β€’ Are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are eager to make a tangible impact on people's lives. β€’ Excel at turning challenging or "uncomfortable" conversations into comfortable, productive exchanges. β€’ Have a passion for improving lives, particularly within the healthcare space, and are excited to help individuals manage chronic conditions with dignity and ease. β€’ Bonus: Speak Spanish fluently to better support a diverse customer base!
