Description
• Podium is seeking a motivated and organized Chief of Staff to support our CTO and CPMO. • You’ll lead strategic projects, manage planning cycles, and streamline operations to ensure success. • You’ll influence strategy, improve processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
• Alignment with our operating principles • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally in tech • Proven success in managing planning cycles and optimizing operations • Strong knowledge of business metrics and financial planning • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Collaborative leader with a strategic mindset • Experience working with C-suite executives and managing cross-functional projects • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and business models
