Description

• The Quality Control Program Manager is responsible for managing Point’s quality control review program and driving key quality improvement initiatives. • They will execute reviews of funded, denied, and serviced products, evaluating for conformance with internal policies and investor guidelines. • They will be responsible for reviewing the results of testing with internal stakeholders, managing issue resolution, and developing final reporting to Point’s Leadership Team. • Applicants must demonstrate prior quality control experience, the ability to manage programs independently, and partner with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services focused on mortgage lending • Prior work experience managing and/or executing quality control programs • Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw conclusions using a set of data • General knowledge of consumer lending products, applications, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills among all levels of business partners • Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
