Description

• Polygon Labs is a software development company building a network of aggregated blockchains. • The Director of PM for the AggLayer will lead cross-functional alignment to deliver great products. • Drive product milestones and work with several stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar preferred • 7+ years of product management experience managing successful products from inception to launch and beyond. • Deep understanding of Ethereum and L2 scaling solutions to build products that integrate seamlessly with the AggLayer. • Demonstrated ability to build a product vision, roadmap and write strong PRDs • Experience coordinating a complete lifecycle of product development • Self-starter with a strong bias for action
