🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong documentation skills – You know how to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable resources. • Experience with HRIS systems and a knack for keeping records organized. • Exceptional organizational and process management abilities – You thrive in structured environments and can build efficient workflows. • Proven relationship-building skills across diverse teams. • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). • Self-motivated and adaptable – You work well independently and can navigate change with ease. • Experience in the web3 industry is a plus!
