Description

• Execute month-end close processes, including but not limited to, preparation of journal entries, account analyses and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts within a complex entity structure • Assist Accounting Manager in documenting and researching complex technical accounting topics  • Provide oversight to AP Team members for GL coding on an ongoing basis • Oversee the correct coding and compliance with respect to out of pocket and credit card policy • Coordinate with external accounting and advisory firms on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management • Identify and implement process improvements within accounting operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management or finance • 1-2 years minimum, of crypto accounting experience in a complex organization  • 2+ years of Netsuite experience • Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP • Willingness to work independently, take initiative and be a self starter • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational management skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly with Sheets
