We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative insurance solutions tailored to meet the needs of our policyholders. • The Insurance New Agency Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding independent insurance agencies to expand the company's distribution network. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve recruitment goals. • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to identify and target potential agency partners. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective agencies. • Conduct in-depth research on potential agencies to assess their suitability for the company. • Develop compelling value propositions to attract new agency partners. • Negotiate and finalize agency contracts. • Attend relevant conferences and insurance-related events as needed. • Onboard new agencies, providing necessary training and support. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners. • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. • 10+ years’ experience in Sales, business development or related field. • 7+ years’ experience in Insurance preferred. • Proven track record in sales, business development, or recruiting. • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and distribution channels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. • Examples of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to impact results. • Evidence of achieving results within ambiguous environments. • Shows multiple examples of achieving results/showing significant progress in changing environments. • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance carrier. • Knowledge of agency management systems and insurance software. • Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Active Property & Casualty License Preferred.
