📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of affiliate lead acquisition, campaign performance optimization, and vendor management. • This role will be responsible for analyzing performance data, making strategic recommendations, and driving improvements in lead quality and conversion rates. • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience in affiliate marketing, lead management platforms, and compliance regulations. • Key Responsibilities include Lead Management & Vendor Strategy, Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis, Reporting, Compliance & Technology Oversight. • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience takes priority. • 3-5+ years of experience in lead generation and/or affiliate marketing. • Proven experience in optimizing lead performance, vendor negotiations, contract negotiations, and budget allocation. • Strong proficiency in lead management platforms (Leadspedia, Salesforce, Five9). • Proven ability to implement and uphold TCPA/DNC compliance best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence vendors and internal stakeholders. • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to travel periodically for trade shows and company events.
