Description

• Join client-facing teams to design and deliver leadership development programs in global organizations. • Enable growth and impact at US clients through transformational journeys. • Lead client engagements from end-to-end focusing on solutioning, design, and delivery. • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships. • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels. • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Commercial Leadership, Leadership Development or Strategy Consulting. • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years. • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred. • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline. • Ability to work in US Eastern Time zone.
