• Create the future of leadership for leading organizations through solutioning, designing and delivering cutting-edge interventions that integrate science, evidence-based research and wisdom-sourced practices • Facilitate transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance • Lead small, client-facing teams in delivering leadership development programs

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred • Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC) • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline
