• We are a tech-enabled growth firm igniting revenue and brand recognition for companies. • You will shape and execute Fusepoint's marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness. • Execute plans to enhance inbound lead flow and closed MGP from internal initiatives. • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal marketing strategy. • Lead and optimize content marketing efforts for engagement and conversion. • Oversee and execute performance marketing initiatives including SEO and SEM. • Collaborate with teams to create consistent messaging. • Monitor market trends for growth opportunities. • Manage budgets ensuring optimal ROI. • Report on key performance metrics to senior management. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in content marketing and performance marketing • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
