🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. • A strong technical background can be advantageous. (Shopify, Wordpress). • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are crucial. • Experience scoping out new projects for net-new clients, and properly allocating timelines and resources designated to those projects. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and other departments within the organization. • Development Managers should be adept at identifying and solving problems that arise during the development process, whether they're technical, process-related, or interpersonal. • The ability to align software development efforts with organizational goals and strategies is important for contributing to the company's overall success. • Understanding the business context and how software development contributes to the company's objectives is essential for making informed decisions. • The software development landscape is always evolving. A Development Manager should be adaptable and open to learning new technologies, tools, and methodologies. • Previous experience in a technical leadership role, such as a team lead or senior developer. • Bilingual- English and Spanish are required.
