📋 Description

• AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. • Seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to lead the RFP process. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. • Collaborate with teams to develop proposals highlighting AidKit’s capabilities. • Requires strong attention to detail and exceptional writing skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, government procurement, or public sector contracting. • Strong understanding of government RFP processes, cooperative purchasing agreements, and MWBE/GSI procurement pathways. • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive proposals. • Experience working with Sales, Business Development, or Government Relations teams to craft winning bids. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and proposal management systems (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) is a plus. • Familiarity with state and local procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov , NASPO ValuePoint, GovWin, state bidding sites). • Ability to navigate bureaucratic procurement processes and work with multiple stakeholders (finance, legal, sales, marketing).
