• The Renewals team focuses on optimizing the renewals processes, managing data, and improving efficiency within the Renewals team. • The team handles tasks such as forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to drive successful outcomes. • Your day-to-day job will consist of: • Proactive customer engagement • Creations of and management of renewals pipeline • Cross-Functional collaboration to drive customer success
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. • 1-2 years’ prior experience in direct client support role • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Prior Salesforce, CRM, and Gainsight experience preferred • Strong customer service, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
