• The Marketing Manager at Power TakeOff is a versatile role with a range of responsibilities internally and externally in support of the company’s products, services, and company brand presence in the industry. • This position will closely collaborate across several teams including program delivery, business development, and new product development team among others. • In leading the ideation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies for our products, services, and company brand presence in the industry, this position is responsible for content creation, visual design and development, A:B testing, marketing funnel optimization, and day to day programmatic marketing delivery tasks associated with existing and new initiatives. • This role will also identify external distribution channels of marketing material and disseminate accordingly. • The Marketing Manager must be proficient in storytelling, writing compelling copy, designing engaging and effective graphics, and crafting creative campaigns for Power TakeOff’s various audiences such as utilities, energy industry stakeholders, and prospective employees as well as experience with content management software and email platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • 4-7 years of experience in a marketing role in the clean energy, utility, energy efficiency or renewables field • Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness in the energy industry • Self-motivation to deliver with excellence and grow professionally • Motivation and ability to learn and understand new concepts and techniques • Ability to handle a wide range of tasks, prioritize workload, and communicate professionally and effectively, particularly in a remote environment • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to analyze and interpret data • Strong attention to detail • Proficiency with a range of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe, etc. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Interest in project management and product marketing certifications to augment existing skills (as financially supported by the company’s professional development resources) • Passion for Power TakeOff’s mission to identify and deliver data-driven solutions to guide our partners and their communities to a lower carbon future
