Description

• Fully remote position requiring residency in the Continental United States. • Manage organization and execution of a three-year action plan for scaling digital programs. • Optimize processes, identify risks and collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery. • Design and administer cross-functional workgroups and coordinate project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of project management experience required. • Supervisory experience and/or a PMP or CAMP certification is preferred, but not required. • Experience in operations management and process optimization. • Exposure to the digital product lifecycle from concept to launch. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop solutions. • Experience with continuous improvement and learning processes. • Able to build solid relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Self-starter who understands how to optimize work with staff across all levels of the organization and as part of a remote team. • Expert level working with Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Solid skills with utilizing and operationalizing project management tools, preferably some familiarity with Monday.com and Airtable.
