Description

• Manage client and project expectations in partnership with Client Service (CS). • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating cross-functional team deliverables, supporting client relationships, and coordinating with external vendors through the project lifecycle. • Support the effective execution and compliance of internal and client-facing projects and may lead small to mid-sized projects with assistance. • Monitor and report on progress of the project while managing client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 0-2 years’ experience or other relevant exposure like an internship will also be considered in Project Management/Client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising or related fields • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Highly collaborative and solution-oriented • Working knowledge and/or willingness to learn and understand Project Management fundamentals • Healthcare, life science, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated experience a plus; i.e. research, clinical trials, commercial, or operations.
